Ever wanted to be the OT who helps to build something from the ground up, not just walk in someone else's shoes?
We're looking for our founding Occupational Therapist to join the Isabella Able family!
Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate starting your career, if you're passionate about building genuine relationships with participants, celebrating the little wins (and the big ones!), and helping shape a new OT service, this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a role where your ideas are valued, your work makes a real difference, and no two days are the same. You won't be starting from zero, there's already a waitlist and a supportive team ready to go. What's missing is you, and your ideas for how our OT services should run.
We'd love to meet you.

Absolutely. We’d love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn and excited to grow with the service.
Ready to Apply?
A few questions!
There’s no right or wrong answer, we’d like to get to know you (and make sure you’ve read the ad)!
- If you had unlimited money, what would you do with it?
- What's your favourite thing to do on your day off?
- What makes you passionate about supporting people living with disability?
