Tide 'n Tidy Perth is a new end of lease cleaning business, and we're looking for an experienced cleaner ready to lead — whether you're an experienced cleaner ready to step into a leadership role, or an experienced Team Leader looking for reliable extra hours.
What you'll do:
- Depending on the property size, you may lead a team of cleaners on-site, or work solo on smaller jobs — in which case you're responsible for bringing your own equipment and completing the full checklist independently.
- Verify completed work against our vacancy checklist
- Take before/after photos as proof of standard
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for each job
- Coordinate timing and workflow for the day's job
What you need:
- Proven cleaning experience (end of lease/vacate highly regarded)
- Active ABN
- Current Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- National Police Clearance (mandatory)
- Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating and communicating with clients
- Own vehicle preferred (we can help arrange equipment access when you're starting out)
- Bonus if you care about eco-friendly practices — we provide the product kit either way
