Tide 'n Tidy Perth is a new, eco-friendly end of lease cleaning business, and we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.
What you'll do:
- Depending on the property size, you may lead a team of cleaners on-site, or work solo on smaller jobs — in which case you're responsible for bringing your own equipment and completing the full checklist independently.
- Verify completed work against our vacancy checklist
- Take mandatory before/after photos as proof of standard
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for each job
- Coordinate timing and workflow for the day's job
What you need:
- Proven cleaning experience (end of lease/vacate cleaning highly regarded)
- Your own commercial-grade cleaning equipment and tools
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Active ABN
- Current Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- National Police Clearance (mandatory)
- Strong leadership skills — comfortable coordinating a team, communicating with clients, and managing job logistics
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- A genuine commitment to eco-friendly practices — we provide products, but care about how the job is done, not just that it's done
