About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our large, well-established Claremont practice.

Working closely with our clinicians and Practice Development Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire both clinical and administrative team members
- Drive a positive, high-performance culture focused on patient care and teamwork
- Oversee daily practice operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business
- Support patient growth, treatment acceptance, and overall practice performance
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Implement strategies that enhance both the patient experience and business outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, patients, and stakeholders

Skills & Experience
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
- Proven experience managing and growing a successful dental practice
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager or Acting 2IC
- Dental Assisting experience (essential)
- Strong business acumen with experience in sales, business development, marketing, and performance management
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing teams
- The ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
