Responsibilities
About the Team
TikTok's Business Marketing Team empowers brands of all sizes to connect with, and convert their audiences using TikTok's full funnel product solutions and creative solutions.
1. Collaborate with the Head of Business Marketing AUNZ to develop the AUNZ B2B marketing strategy to inspire and influence AUNZ clients and partners, including brands, media agencies, ecosystem partners, and 3P industry associations.
2. Own and execute integrated marketing initiatives end-to-end across AUNZ including tentpole events, 3P Partnerships, scaled education including workshops and webinars, partner upskilling, email marketing, press releases, and more.
3. Independently own and lead strategic projects that need cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, creative, operation departments and more.
4. Manage regular reporting on AUNZ business marketing initiatives and results, especially bi-annual planning, quarterly planning (OKR) and reporting (QBR) in partnership with Head of Business Marketing AUNZ and regional teams.
5. Allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilisation.
6. Drill into the performance and insights of marketing channels, especially event metrics, to track and draw actionable insights and best practices for AUNZ and regional teams.
7. Partner closely with the APAC (Asia Pacific) marketing hub to drive synergy, shareback best practices and adopt regional learnings to drive business alignment and uplift performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy
- Understanding of or strong interest in B2B landscape in AUNZ. Tech and/or advertising experience is a bonus.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, especially events
- Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional team with regional collaboration required with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to apply a structured framework on marketing initiatives, planning and reporting, Ability to travel interstate for B2B marketing events.
- A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail, autonomy and ability to execute with excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing content for Sales/Product teams for a B2B advertising audience.
- Good understanding and appreciation of international business, landscapes, and culture.
- Experience owning tentpole events from conception to execution.
