SUB-CONTRACTOR CLEANER NEEDED!
Le Grande Villas Raymond Island, is a beautiful coastal island holiday get away - there are 6 villas and shared BBQ area.
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and helping with general mantaince of the property.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Guest Room Cleaning
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with property owner to meet cleaning targets and operational goals.
Common Area Cleaning
- Clean and maintain all shared guest areas to the highest standards, ensuring spaces remain hygienic and visually appealing.
- Operate specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively (with full training provided)
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
- Casual position, with varing hours, hours are depending on how busy the property becomes in on-peak and off-peak seasons
- Must be available to work weekends
- Shifts starting between 10 am and 11am
- Must have own reliable transportation and full licence (manual is required as the work cleaning and supplies van is manual)
Hourly Rates:
- $30.00/hr as a sub contractor with ABN
Successful candidates will have:
- Enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with a great attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
- Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors. (Fluent English is a MUST)
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
