About the Role
This is an influential leadership opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to oversee Monash Health’s Acute and Satellite Dialysis Services.
Operating through a hub-and-spoke model, Monash Health provides Victoria’s largest dialysis service, offering inpatient, home and satellite dialysis options. Working with highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the delivery of safe, responsive and coordinated care across:
Acute Dialysis at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton
Acute Dialysis at the Victorian Heart Hospital
Satellite Dialysis Units across Monash Health
Nephrology Nurse Practitioner services
With responsibility for a significant operational portfolio and 13 direct reports, you will provide visible, strategic leadership while building strong, accountable teams and consistent practices across every site.
You will also work closely with affiliated regional dialysis units and industry partners to strengthen service delivery and respond to the evolving needs of our community.
This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday and including an on-call roster.
About You
You are an accomplished nursing leader who can bring people, performance and clinical excellence together across a complex, multisite service.
You will bring:
Significant operational leadership experience within a complex health service
The ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations
Strong financial, workforce, quality and clinical governance capability
A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and accountability
Confidence navigating change, competing priorities and service demands
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Nephrology or dialysis experience is highly desirable
This position participates in the Monash Health on-call roster.
