Vibe Caravans is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Campbellfield.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the office and working closely with our managers and directors.
We’re looking for a fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills and good attention to detail. Someone who is willing to learn, take initiative and grow their responsibilities as they develop within the business.
Key Duties
- Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Making outgoing calls to customers, suppliers and other relevant contacts
- Responding to customer and business emails promptly and professionally
- Taking clear notes, messages and instructions from managers and directors
- Being proactive and taking initiative without needing constant direction
- Managing multiple requests at once while ensuring urgent and important tasks are actioned promptly
- Supporting other areas of the business as required
About You - We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a fast learner and take initiative
- Has a positive, proactive attitude
- Communicates confidently and professionally over the phone and by email
- Has strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Can prioritise their workload and manage multiple tasks
- Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Has basic computer and administration skills
- Is willing to get involved and assist across different areas of the business
Bonus Skills & Experience
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but is not essential:
- Handling customer warranty enquiries or claims
- Caravan, automotive, manufacturing or similar industry experience
- Completing quality control or quality assurance checks
