Our Private Kitchen team offer a personalized in room dining experience for our guests. We are seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team in a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
As Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage in Private Kitchen, you will lead our high performing team as we provide an unparalleled level of service for our guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service and serving good food, drinks and local knowledge to elevate the guest experience.
What You’ll Bring
Our Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage you have proven experience in high end, high volume culinary environments at luxury hotels or private dining. Your proven experience leading teams to meet a high level of excellence will be the key to your success in this role.
- Sound knowledge of the latest trends and experience in the industry;

Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience;

Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Luxury Hotel and Room Service/In Room Dining experience is highly desirable;

Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality or Management highly regarded;

Availability to work evenings, a rotating roster, and public holidays;
