About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Course & Program Coordinator – Training to join our Member Services team.
This is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for coordinating the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of a broad range of training programs, including accredited and non-accredited courses, government-funded initiatives, corporate learning solutions and digital learning programs.
Working closely with facilitators, clients, government stakeholders and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our training programs are delivered efficiently, achieve strong participant outcomes and continue to meet the evolving needs of business and industry.
In this role, you will:

Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training courses, programs and funded initiatives

Support program administration, reporting, participant engagement and stakeholder communications

Prepare government reports, performance updates and program documentation

Manage training resources, learning materials and content governance processes

Work with subject matter experts and facilitators to review, develop and improve learning content

Support facilitator onboarding, contractor management and quality assurance activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, industry partners and government stakeholders

Monitor participant feedback, training outcomes and continuous improvement opportunities

Support key accounts, partnerships, training contracts and funded program delivery

Contribute to operational excellence, process improvement and innovative learning solutions

Provide leadership and guidance to training administration and support functions, as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs, learning projects, RTO activities or government-funded initiatives
-
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across industry, government and business sectors
-
Experience preparing reports, submissions and program performance documentation
-
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery environments
-
Experience managing learning resources, content reviews, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
-
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
-
Experience using CRM systems, Learning Management Systems and student administration platforms

A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
