Join us as a Safety & Wellbeing Partner supporting our South East and North East Melbourne sites to champion a strong, proactive safety and wellbeing culture at Bolton Clarke.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner, offering practical, solutions‑focused guidance on risk management, compliance, and everyday safety challenges across our services.
Alongside day‑to‑day support, you’ll contribute to key initiatives that strengthen our safety culture and drive continuous improvement. At Bolton Clarke, “Always safe” isn’t just one of our values - it’s how we work.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides excellent customer service, builds and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders across the group and external stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyses, understands, and applies safety data to assist in the identification and management of risk and determines key issues related to incidents, injuries, and wellbeing across group operations.
- Evaluates incident notifications and supports the undertaking of investigations to establish root causes with supervisors and managers, identifies preventative and corrective actions.
- Assists in the design and delivery of safety training programs which will upskill staff and managers with safety knowledge, risk assessment and hazard management.
To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
- Diploma preferred; Occupational Health and Safety is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
- Minimal experience in relevant health and safety field is preferred.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Internal Audit Certification, Fire Safety Advisor/Officer is preferred.
- Proficient in Training Material Development, Incident Resolution, Data Analysis and Reporting and Health & Safety Programs and Policies.
- Excellent Communication, Analytical Thinking and Customer Service skills.
