We are a ready made meal prep company looking for an experienced production manager to head a team of around 30 staff.
Minimum 4 years experience.
Responsibilities:
planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the manufacturing operations of the organisation. This role oversees both physical and human resources to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely and in line with quality standards.
The Role:
- Monitor production strategies, policies and operational plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet required output levels in terms of quality, volume, cost and delivery timelines.
- Forecast labour, raw material and to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Oversee implementation and monitoring of HACCP, GMP and quality control processes.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of approximately 30 production staff, including supervisors and team leaders.
- Coordinate implementation of workplace health and safety policies within the production facility.
Pay: $88,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
