I-MED Radiology Network, Australia's largest medical imaging provider, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide support to C-suite executives and Board of Directors.
This role is ideal for a seasoned EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders and takes pride in delivering seamless executive support. You'll be at the centre of the organisation, managing complex schedules, coordinating Board activities, organising events and ensuring our executives and Board Directors are set up for success.

Key responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements and liaison with external board offices
- Facilitate the end-to-end preparation and execution of Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and stakeholder communications, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Documentation management where required due to other team leave.
- Collaborate with the broader Executive Assistant and administration team to support the effective operation of the Corporate Office and executive leadership functions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, directors and key internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism and integrity
About you
To successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience supporting C-suite and executive levels within large, complex or regulated organisations
- Experience coordinating Board and Committee meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Advanced skills across Microsoft 365 and expense platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently, discreetly and professionally at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change and perform under pressure
