About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs.
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development.
- Create an inclusive environment that celebrates each child’s individuality.
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Communicate professionally and positively with families.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to children’s learning.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrates a warm, nurturing and inclusive approach.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and best practice.
