The Role
SIS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of our concrete remedial and structural repair projects. This role covers planning and coordinating works, managing crews and subcontractors, controlling project budgets, and being the main point of client contact from project start to completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate the delivery of construction and remedial projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification
- Oversee and direct site crews, subcontractors and project supervisors, and resolve site issues as they arise
- Manage project budgets and costs, track variations, and keep works within approved scope
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers and other project stakeholders
- Prepare tenders, quotes and project reports, and identify opportunities for further work
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality control standards
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction project management or site supervision, preferably within concrete remedial, structural repair or a related construction field
- Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable managing both clients and internal teams
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, including under pressure or when handling escalations
- Working knowledge of project management principles, construction safety requirements and quality control processes
- Good understanding of construction costs, variations and reporting
- Competent with Microsoft Office and project management software

Pay: $80,219.46 – $182,906.75 per year
