REQUIREMENTS :
1. MUST HAVE RELEVANT QUALIFICATION IN COMMERCIAL COOKING
2. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A CHEF
3. LEADERSHIP SKILL
MUST BE ABLE TO UNDERTAKE FOLLOWING DUTIES :
1. COOKING FOOD IN TIMELY MANNER
2. DELEGATE TASK TO KITCHEN STAFF
3. MAKING PREPARATION LIST
4. PLANNING DAILY SPECIALS AND INFORM WAIT STAFF
5. PLANNING AND COSTING MENU
6. MONITOR STOCK AND PLACE ORDERS
7. SUPERVISE COOKS
8. ENSURE COMPLAIANCE WITH ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION WITHIN KITCHEN AREA.
9. MODIFY RECEIPES TO MEET CUSTOMERS DIETERY REQUIREMENT
Pay: $82,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
