Eco Elite is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter to join our residential/commercial solar sales team based on the Gold Coast.
We help homeowners across Queensland, NSW and South Australia move to solar and cut their energy costs. Our appointment setters are the first point of contact for every customer, so we hire carefully and pay well for people who get that first call right.
The leads you'll be working
These aren't cold numbers from a dialler. Every lead has already shown active interest in going solar they're high-intent, and consistently easy to warm up on the call. You're not starting from scratch on every dial; you're picking up a conversation someone already wants to have.
What you'll do
- Handle warm inbound leads and outbound follow-up calls
- Qualify genuine customer interest and needs
- Clearly explain the value of solar without overselling it
- Book qualified, phone & in-home appointments for our sales consultants
- Manage your pipeline daily in Pipedrive CRM
Pay, explained with real numbers
- $50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission, roughly $150 per booked-and-held appointment
- Example: 8 held appointments a week ≈ $4,800 month on top of base
- Realistic OTE $90,000–$130,000 based on current team performance
- Full-time, fixed Monday–Friday hours
Growth Setters who perform typically progress to sales consultants / team lead / in-home consultant within 3 -6 months.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in phone-based sales, retention, or telemarketing
- Solar, energy, or telco background highly regarded
- Comfortable working to daily/weekly KPIs
- Strong objection-handling — you don't fold at the first "no"
