Background:
CI – Central de Intercambio, is a Brazilian company specialising in international education, student exchange, and travel experiences. It supports students and travellers in planning and undertaking overseas programs, including language courses, study and work programs, high school exchanges, university pathways, and other international experiences.
CI acts as a facilitator between clients and international education providers and service partners, assisting with program selection, enrollment, documentation, accommodation, travel arrangements, and other practical aspects of studying or travelling abroad.
Job Description: Office Manager
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising daily office operations, administrative procedures, and workflow systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
- Coordinating staff activities, schedules, and office resources while supporting management in operational planning and business administration.
- Liaising with education providers, migration agents, business partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining office policies, procedures, and administrative systems in accordance with company standards and Australian international education regulations.
- Monitoring student applications, enrolments, documentation, compliance processes, and internal records to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Managing office budgets, operational expenses, invoices, and supplier relationships while maintaining appropriate administrative controls.
- Assisting senior management with reporting, operational analysis, problem-solving, and implementation of business improvement strategies.
- Supervising administrative staff and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of customer service and operational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with ESOS legislation, CRICOS requirements, and the National Code for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
- Coordinating communication between internal departments and external stakeholders while supporting the growth and development of the Perth branch operations.
Requirements:
For this position it is expected that the would possess the following qualifications and work experience:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in law, business or administration with at least one year full-time experience working in an Office Manager role or closely related occupation. This formal qualification can be substituted by at least three years of work experience as an Office Manager.
Annual salary: $79,423 + superannuation
Hours: Full Time (38 Hours per week)
Pay: $79,423.00 per year
Work Location: In person
