As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you'll help shape strategic and operational decisions across Horizon Power by transforming complex financial and business data into actionable insights. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll influence planning, forecasting and performance outcomes that support our purpose of delivering energy solutions to regional Western Australia.

What You’ll Do:

Turn complex financial and operational data into insights that support strategic business decisions.

Develop reporting, analysis and commentary that helps leaders understand business performance and trends.

Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to solve business challenges through data-driven recommendations.

Use technology and analytics tools to improve reporting capability, efficiency and decision-making.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning activities that shape Horizon Power's future direction.

Identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance reporting and create smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Bring:

Advanced analytical skills and a genuine passion for working with data.

Strong IT proficiency and confidence navigating financial systems, reporting platforms and large datasets.

Experience using business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx or similar platforms.

The ability to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.

Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline, with CA/CPA highly regarded.
