We are seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in leading service, developing team members and delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
About the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of Greenfield Station Bistro while ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
You will lead by example on the floor, coach and develop team members, manage service operations and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or senior hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
About You
You are a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading, motivating and developing others.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or senior front-of-house hospitality role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- The confidence to lead shifts and support teams during busy service periods.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
