We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing our front-of-house team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service across Greenfield Station Bistro.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career or an experienced Team Leader looking to grow within a large and diverse hospitality organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and supporting team members during service.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
- Supervising daily food and beverage operations across the venue.
- Training, coaching and developing team members through regular feedback and support.
- Managing floor operations, service flow and staff allocation during busy periods.
- Assisting with shift reporting, incident reporting and operational administration.
- Ensuring compliance with all venue procedures, RSA requirements and Club policies.
- Managing guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery situations professionally.
- Promoting a positive culture built on teamwork, respect and accountability.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for team members and guests.
- Supporting sales growth, productivity and operational efficiency.

About You
You are a positive and approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You lead by example, enjoy developing others, and are committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or senior front-of-house hospitality role.
- A genuine passion for customer service and team development.
- The confidence to lead shifts and support team members during busy service periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach and provide guidance to team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
