As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

Partner directly with an Executive portfolio, building trusted relationships and becoming a genuine advisor to senior leaders and your Executive.

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your portfolio.

Provide practical, commercially sound HR advice that helps leaders make confident people decisions.

Manage complex employee relations and case work with care, consistency and sound judgement.

Build strong relationships across the business, creating credibility through responsiveness, curiosity and follow-through.

Influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing people outcomes, business needs and risk.

Take ownership of exciting people projects and drive them end to end, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and embedding.

Bring energy, judgement and a solutions-focused mindset to a role where no two days look the same.
You will be at the centre of decisions that matter and genuinely have a seat at the table, helping leaders and teams navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior Advisory role
- Strong employment and industrial relations knowledge
- Confidence working alongside leaders during change
- A pragmatic, people-first approach and ability to build trust quickly
