We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Wait Staff and Bar Staff to join our team in a busy à la carte restaurant environment.
Applicants must be well presented, punctual and professional, with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality.
WAIT STAFF
- Proven experience in a busy à la carte restaurant
- Provide professional, friendly and attentive table service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Work well as part of a supportive and professional team
- Must be well presented, reliable and punctual
- Experience using Square POS/iPad ordering is highly regarded
- Evening shifts only
- Full availability required, including weekends, school holidays and public holidays
BAR STAFF
- Proven bartending experience in a busy, high-volume venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
- Confident preparing cocktails efficiently during busy service periods
- Barista experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be well presented, reliable and punctual
- Evening shifts only
