About the Vineyard
Located in the heart of Tasmania's renowned Tamar Valley wine region, our 134-hectare Kayena Vineyard produces award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. We are committed to sustainable vineyard practices and continually strive to improve quality, innovation and the long-term health of our vineyard.

About the Role
Major responsibilities of this position will be to undertake a variety of vineyard duties in accordance with seasonal requirements to assist in the development and maintenance of the vineyard.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Kayena Vineyard, working Monday to Friday, with an RDO every second week.
Duties include:
- Tractor operation
- Vineyard trimming and pruning
- Harvest operations
- Maintenance of irrigation and trellis systems
Skills and Experiences:
About You
You are a hands-on and safety-focused machinery operator who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Ideally, you will bring 2-3 years' experience in viticulture or a related industry such as agriculture or horticulture.
You will also have:
- A strong commitment to safety
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude (highly regarded)
