Job Title: NDIS Support Worker (12 months of experience preferred) (Mental Health Support Experience Highly Desirable)

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced NDIS Support Workers to join our team in South-Eastern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, including but not limited to Dandenong, Casey, Ringwood, Doncaster, and surrounding areas.. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support based on individual participant care plans.
Assist with daily living activities, community engagement, and social support.
Implement mental health-focused care strategies to support participant well-being.
Maintain accurate documentation, incident reporting, and clinical notes.
Adhere strictly to all infection control protocols, including standard Hand Hygiene practices.
Essential Requirements (Must-haves):
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.
Current and Valid First Aid, CPR & Manual Handling Certificates
Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Please have your certificate ready).
Current training/demonstrated knowledge in Hand Hygiene.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Valid Australian Driver’s License and a reliable, registered vehicle.
Full working rights in Australia.
Current Police check ( National Police Certificate)
Highly Desirable:
Qualifications, training, or significant experience in Mental Health Support.
Experience supporting participants with complex behavioral needs.
Trauma-informed care certification.
Pay Rate: We offer competitive hourly rates in accordance with the SCHADS Award, including relevant casual loadings.
