Vacancy Announcement- BSB(Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management) Trainer and Assessor
We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver the following BSB training package:
1. BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
In this role, you will train and assess domestic and international learners. You will provide timely feedback and support and mentor them as they complete their qualification. You will also conduct student intervention when deemed necessary and update intervention records within the student management system.
Academic and Essential Credentials:
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50116 or TAE50122) or at least, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
- A completed, and current, Personal Development Plans
- Relevant Vocational and/or Tertiary qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in teaching and/or educational services
- 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role
- Familiar with vocational legislative and relevant regulatory agencies, their policies and procedures
- Familiar with governing and guiding domestic and international education legislation, including the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2025, National Code 2018 and ESOS Framework.
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing curriculum and Teaching and Learning practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar and confident with the blended mode of teaching and learning tools and related technology including Learning and Student Management software systems

- A strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the VET standards.
- Ability and desire to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
This is a contractual position paid hourly @ 50-60 AUD. The standard Weekly hours of engagement will be decided at the time of undergoing a formal agreement.
