As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our South Australia team based in Welland, SA.

About the Role
Working in our Business-to-Business (B2B) customer service team, you will play an important role in supporting our customers by processing orders, coordinating deliveries and providing outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our sales, warehouse, procurement and accounts teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, quotations and sales orders accurately
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics providers
- Liaise with sales, procurement, operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate customer records within our system
- Follow up customer enquiries and provide timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide general administrative and customer service support as required
About You
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Friendly, professional and confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in the solar, electrical or wholesale industry is an advantage but not required
