The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, the Service Delivery Officer plays a key role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of our Community Services and Group Travel programs. This position supports scheduling and dispatch, fleet coordination, and supports the planning and delivery of Group Travel activities.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, volunteers, and community partners, you’ll help ensure services and activities are delivered safely, smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also contribute to improving the client experience, increasing participation and creating meaningful opportunities for connection within the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch activities to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Monitor daily operations, allocate resources, and resolve service delivery issues.
- Maintain knowledge of transport scheduling systems and service delivery processes.
- Support business continuity through effective operational planning and coordination.
- Coordinate fleet administration activities, including vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, compliance, and reporting.
- Assist with planning and coordinating Group Travel activities.
What You’ll Bring

Experience in scheduling, dispatch, administration, customer service, and/or call centre environments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client-focused services.
- An understanding of community services, aged care, disability, transport, and/or not-for-profit sectors (desirable).
- Formal qualifications in Community Services (desirable).
- Experience within transport coordination, dispatch, or client services environments (advantageous).
Essential Requirements

Current Queensland Driver Licence (Class C or higher).
- Queensland Driver Authorisation (or ability to obtain).
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificates (or ability to obtain).
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain.
- Disability Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain.
- National Police Check (current or ability to obtain).
