Enjoy driving, working independently and staying active?
Can Club is looking for reliable, hard-working drivers to collect recycling bins from our residential customers.
This is not a traditional delivery job where most of your day is spent sitting in a vehicle.
You'll be completing a busy collection route, getting in and out of the vehicle regularly, moving 240L wheelie bins, and working efficiently to complete your scheduled collections for the day.
If you're dependable, physically capable and like getting on with the job without someone constantly supervising you, you could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Each day you'll be allocated a planned collection route using our Driver App.
You'll:
- Drive a Can Club collection vehicle
- Follow a scheduled daily route
- Collect full 240L recycling bins from customers
- Replace them with empty Can Club bins
- Load and unload bins throughout the day
- Complete each stop accurately in our Driver App
- Follow customer and collection instructions
- Carry out vehicle pre-start checks
- Report collection, vehicle or safety issues when they occur
- Work safely while maintaining a good, consistent pace
You'll spend a significant part of the day outside the vehicle and physically working.

Consistent – We're not looking for someone who works brilliantly one day and slowly the next. Good drivers maintain a steady pace and standard every day.

What You'll Need
- Current Australian driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle
- Good driving record
- Ability to safely move loaded 240L wheelie bins repeatedly during a shift
- Confidence using a smartphone, navigation and driver apps
- Right to work in Australia
Previous multi-drop delivery, courier, waste collection, truck driving or similar experience is useful, but attitude, reliability and work ethic matter more to us than having done exactly the same job before.

About Can Club
Can Club makes recycling cans and bottles easier for Australian households.
We provide customers with a Can Club recycling bin. When it's ready for collection, our drivers collect the full bin and replace it with an empty one. The containers are then taken to an authorised container refund facility for recycling.
We're expanding our collection network and need good drivers who want to become a dependable part of the team.
