Turquoise Hillarys is looking for experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.
We are searching for people who genuinely love hospitality—those who remain calm under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand that every guest interaction matters. The Role
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until they leave. You will confidently manage your section, build rapport with guests, and ensure every table receives friendly, professional and efficient service.
Our venue is known for busy brunch services, bottomless brunches, high teas and dinner service so you will need to be confident working in a high-volume environment without compromising on service.
What We are Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy cafe or restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient during busy services.
- Confidence managing multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, friendly and professional approach with every guest.
- A current WA RSA certificate (essential).
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
