About the Role
Join our Spinal Rehabilitation Unit as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, supporting strong clinical leadership and helping deliver safe, person-centred care. You’ll guide the team, support patient flow and build a positive learning culture.
Lead shift-by-shift nursing care and support patient flow
Coordinate care and services across disciplines
Support staff, students and less experienced nurses
Assist with rostering, leave, staffing and work allocation
Drive practice change, quality improvement and learning
About You
You are a collaborative and capable nursing leader who thrives in a rehabilitation environment, ensuring high quality patient outcomes while supporting and guiding a multidisciplinary spinal rehabilitation team.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Proven ability to lead and coordinate spinal rehabilitation care
Experience supporting, coaching and developing nursing staff
Skilled in patient flow, care planning and clinical oversight
Ability to drive practice improvement and support change initiatives
