WE’RE HIRING – ROOFING SUPERVISOR INTERSTATE ROOFING WA – JOIN OUR TEAM!We are looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our growing team.This is a hands-on Roofing Supervisor position — it is NOT just an office job.The successful person will be working between the office and roofing job sites, supervising roofing crews, managing jobs and making sure work is completed properly, safely and to a high standard. ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Roofing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:• Supervising roofing crews and managing their daily work• Working on roofs and at job sites when required• Checking roofing work and making sure it is completed to a high standard• Making sure jobs are progressing correctly from start to finish• Organising and coordinating crews and job schedules• Making sure supervisors and tradespeople know where they need to be• Communicating with homeowners, builders, suppliers and clients• Ordering and organising roofing materials• Making sure materials are delivered correctly and on time• Managing multiple jobs and deadlines at the same time• Following up jobs and outstanding tasks• Solving problems on site and finding practical solutions• Ensuring jobs are safe, clean and properly completed• Keeping paperwork, schedules and job information organised THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLEWe want someone who is comfortable both on the roof and in the office.Some days you may be supervising crews on site, checking roofing work, helping solve problems and making sure everything is running correctly.Other days you may be organising crews, scheduling jobs, speaking with builders and homeowners, ordering materials and managing multiple jobs from the office.You need to be someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly and get things done. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTCurrent Australian Driver Licence – ESSENTIALRoofing/construction experience and previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded.
