Chiosco by Ormeggio, located at D’Albora Marinas in Mosman, offers casual Italian cuisine in a spectacular waterside setting, overlooking Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay.
We’re looking for a morning superstar to run the Chiosco Kiosk Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. If you love a sunrise start and can make a killer coffee while keeping the vibe friendly and efficient, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
· Opening and managing the kiosk solo (coffee, snacks, orders)
· Dialling in the machine and maintaining consistent coffee quality
· Handling takeaway food & drink orders with speed and a smile
· Keeping things clean, stocked, and running smoothly
You’ll need:
· Solid barista experience (dialling in, milk texturing, multitasking)
· A positive, proactive attitude — you’ll be running the show in the mornings!
· NSW RSA is essential as we are fully licensed!
· Ability to start ASAP and commit to weekday mornings, 7:45 AM–3:00 PM
