The Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated and resilient individual who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth within the hospital sector.
This part-time role focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders across public and private hospitals, including theatre staff, purchasing teams, pharmacy departments, clinicians, and nursing staff. You'll play a vital role in introducing products that deliver both clinical benefits and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop strategic account plans and grow existing hospital relationships.
- Engage with specialists, nursing staff, theatre managers, product evaluators, pharmacy departments, purchasing officers, and technicians.
- Educate customers on product benefits, efficacy, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, evaluations, and demonstrations.
- Drive sales growth and maximise opportunities within your territory.
- Collaborate with our national team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain customer activity and account information within CRM systems.
