About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to assist with front of house operations from day one and bring the vision to life of an iconic restaurant within the Powerhouse Parramatta.
About the Role
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will manage shifts, support team development and help maintain the high service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading floor shifts and ensuring smooth, high quality service
- Coaching and supporting waitstaff and supervisors during service
- Assisting with training, rostering and day to day operational needs
- Monitoring guest experience and addressing feedback in real time
- Contributing to a positive, professional and high energy team culture
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager across all aspects of floor operations
About You
You are currently a strong Supervisor or Floor Manager looking for greater responsibility in a high calibre environment.
You bring:
- Proven experience supervising or assisting management in a busy restaurant
· Passion for food and beverage across multiple cuisines, beer, wine and cocktail offerings and coffee service
- Confidence leading shifts and supporting a floor team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lift those around you
- Willingness to grow quickly into increased responsibility

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
