Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Automotive Technical Trainer to join our growing team based in Melbourne's south-east suburbs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the research, development, and delivery of cutting-edge automotive training programs. You'll work closely with industry partners, customers, and suppliers to help shape the future of technical training within the automotive sector.
What You'll Be Doing

Develop and deliver engaging automotive training programs, both in-person and online

Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep training content current and relevant

Maintain and expand our digital library of technical resources and industry information

Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key industry stakeholders.

Contribute to new training initiatives and support business growth opportunities
Qualifications

Strong automotive mechanical repair and diagnostic experience

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or developing course content (highly regarded)

A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel interstate when required

A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
