At Trott Park, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team to create a safe, welcoming and person-centred home for residents and families. Your leadership will help shape the culture of the site, supporting employees to feel engaged, trusted and empowered to deliver high-quality care.

As Manager Residential Services, you will provide operational leadership across the site, ensuring high-quality care, strong service delivery and positive outcomes for residents, families and employees. You will set clear direction, support senior team members, and promote a culture of accountability, learning, recognition and collaboration.
This role is ideal for a confident and values-led leader who can balance people leadership, operational performance, quality, risk, compliance and resident experience. You will work closely with clinical, hospitality, maintenance and customer service teams to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and with genuine compassion.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

Providing operational leadership across Trott Park to ensure high-quality, person-centred residential aged care..

Leading, coaching and supporting employees to deliver strong resident, family and service outcomes.

Managing performance, budgets, workforce requirements and operational priorities across the site.

Ensuring accreditation, quality, risk, WHS, documentation, incident management and complaints processes are effectively managed.

Promoting a positive learning culture where employees are recognised, supported and empowered to improve care and services.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
-
Tertiary qualifications in business management, leadership or a related discipline.
-
Extensive leadership experience in a complex multidisciplinary service, ideally within aged care, health care or a similar environment.

Strong business acumen, including experience with budgets, financial planning, workforce planning and operational performance.
-
Comprehensive knowledge of residential aged care legislation, accreditation standards, quality, risk and compliance requirements.

High-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement capability.
We would also love you to have:

Health-related tertiary qualifications.

Previous experience managing a residential aged care site or leading aged care services through quality and accreditation processes.

Strengths in collaboration, negotiation, report writing, networking and lateral thinking.

Experience building engaged, accountable and high-performing teams.

A leadership approach grounded in compassion, integrity, safety, continuous improvement and resident-centred care.
