About the role
This role provides high-level administrative and business support to Metropolitan Transport teams, helping ensure key priorities, deliverables and business activities are delivered effectively. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the position supports operational and organisational needs across the division.
Key responsibilities include coordinating ministerial requests, reporting, fleet management, briefings, correspondence, asset management and presentations. The role also maintains accurate records, supports divisional planning and communication activities, and builds strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality business support services.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Strong business support and administrative experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes (mandatory).
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
