We are looking for an OT with 3 years+ experience, part-time or full-time, to join our multidisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, social workers and allied health assistants. We have innovative job design options allowing flexibility, traditional or high rewards career pathways, with opportunities for mentoring other team members. Our caseload would lend itself to an OT interested in emotional regulation and supporting sensory differences to align with our dedicated feeding program as well as our clients with complex needs.

About the Role
You will be part of a team of OT’s and allied health professionals. We specially designed clinic rooms and also provide services in natural environments of home and school. We have a team of allied health assistants to support therapy goals and programs, particularly with group programs or embedding skills in natural environments. Our innovative approach to multidisciplinary services is designed to ensure that clients move through our programs in a structured progression so they can spend more time living and less time in therapy.

We know how important a good workflow is to maintaining balance in your life. This role is designed to allow you to have flexibility in managing your non-face-to-face tasks in a workflow that suits you.
The number of clients you see each week would depend on your level of experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Certified Practicing Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or Eligible to be considered for this position.
