About the Role
We are seeking a Concrete Supervisor to join the Concretus team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee concrete works from start to finish across the Perth Metropolitan area, ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are met while coordinating contractors and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee concrete quality, compliance and site inspections
- Manage defects, rectifications and contractor performance
- Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
- Monitor project costs, variations and budgets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Champion site safety and compliance standards
- Mentor apprentices and promote quality workmanship

- A well-organised, self-motivated and proactive approach to work
