Occupational Therapist – Permanent Part-Time
Perth, WA | $37.76–$50.00 per hour + superannuation | 15 hours per week across 2–3 days
The opportunity
Floriana Recruitment is partnering with a growing, purpose-driven allied health provider seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its Perth-based team.
This permanent part-time position offers 15 contracted hours per week across two to three days, with the potential for additional hours as client demand grows. You’ll have genuine flexibility when arranging your working days while supporting NDIS participants through community visits, telehealth and working from home.
The role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys varied community-based work, values autonomy and wants to make a meaningful difference within a small and supportive team.
Why you’ll love this role
- 15 contracted hours per week across two to three days.
- Flexibility when arranging your working days.

- Completing Functional Capacity Assessments.
- Preparing NDIS progress, review and clinical reports.

Existing participants are available, with the remainder of your caseload developed gradually as referrals increase.
