The role:
Crippen Building has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Carpenter who is looking for their next challenge.
Working across a wide range of construction types including architecturally designed residential renovations; new builds; major remedial works and commercial refurbishments, the role will involve:
· Performing carpentry and building tasks from set-out, framing to final fit-out
· Management and mentoring of apprentice Carpenters
· Supervision of our extended team of friendly sub-contractors
· Reporting directly to the Builder

About us:
Crippen Building is a privately owned construction business with 30 years’ experience in residential renovations, and single and multi-dwelling new builds throughout Sydney.
We are focused on creating a fun, positive work environment and ensuring that our team have to ongoing access to training and a clear pathway for progression within the company.
We service Sydney metro; however, the majority of our work is located in the Inner West and Lower North Shore.
Skills and experience
To be considered for a position you will need:
· Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
· 1+ years' experience as a licensed Carpenter
· Current Drivers Licence
· Your own car and be able to travel around Sydney

· Good communication skills
· Be an all-rounder with varied experience
· Self-motivated with great attention to detail
· Be punctual, reliable, and organised
· Able to work autonomously
