About the role:
Juniper Korumup is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Part-Time position working 3 days per week.

As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Korumup, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients

Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged

Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being

Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes

Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination

Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants
Key Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery

Strong clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records
