The Role
This is a Level 3 Retail Award position offering approximately 30 hours per week (with some flexibility), including rotating weekend shifts.
As a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll support the management team by leading staff, maintaining high store standards and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and supporting the team during each shift.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Coaching team members and providing guidance on the sales floor.
- Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Managing stock replenishment and ensuring accurate inventory practices.
- Helping achieve sales targets and driving store performance.
- Creating a positive, energetic and productive team culture.

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience is essential.
- A natural leader who is proactive, approachable and confident.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions.
- A positive attitude, reliability and flexibility to work a rotating weekend roster.
- A passion for sport, fitness or an active lifestyle is highly regarded.

Pay: $28.89 – $43.33 per hour
