About the role:
Spectacle Hub Caroline Springs is looking for a new member to join our team as Full Time Optical Dispenser/Manager in a permanent capacity. We are after someone who can work Full time hours during the week with availabilities on one weekend day.
This is a customer facing role that combines retail sales, reception, customer service duties and managing daily tasks and staff. Experience within the optical industry is a requirement. You will become part of our small tight-knit team with over twenty years of combined experience between us.
We offer a range of high quality products to our customers, in terms of both frames and lenses, that caters to the needs of our clientele. We also offer a staff discount on all of our products so you can try out our frames and lenses for yourself.
Duties:
- Rostering
- Managing a small team
- Banking
- Settling accounts
- Selling frames/lenses
- Optical measurements
- Frame repairs/adjustments
- Booking appointments
- Answering phones and calling customers
- General cleaning
