PURPOSE of THE ROLE
The People and Culture (P&C) Wellbeing Manager within Joyful Souls Support is an identified leadership role. You will be responsible for employee engagement, psychological safety, and holistic wellbeing initiatives. In addition, the position will oversee Human Resources functions, leading staff to maintain NDIS Practice Standards and the rights of participants who access supports and services.

Reports to: CEO
Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year
ESSENTIAL – Full Legal right to work in Australia.

SELECTION CRITERIA

QUALIFICATIONS (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT) SELECTION CRITERIA
4. Minimum three years of Human Resources experience including qualifications - Bachelor-level degree or a Certificate-level course in human resources, business management, disability support, social work and/or welfare work.
TECHNICAL SKILLS - CORE RESPONSIBILITIES SELECTION CRITERIA
5. Knowledge and Understanding of a Values- Based Recruitment and Performance Management Framework.

6. Responsible for managing HRMS ‘people’ systems.
What regular checks do you perform to ensure HRMS ‘people’ data accuracy?
7. Coordinate with strong proficiency in HRMS.
