About The Role

As our WHS Coordinator, you will lead and support workplace health and safety initiatives across:

Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville
Partnering closely with the National Safety Team and facility Executive Teams, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding a proactive and positive safety culture while supporting compliance, risk management and injury prevention across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:

Embedding and maintaining the Ramsay safety management system, templates, and documentation.

Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks.

Conducting risk assessments, site audits, and workplace safety training.

Developing and maintaining effective safety practices.

Preparing and presenting safety performance reports for internal stakeholders.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need

Tertiary qualifications in WH&S (Minimum of a Cert IV in WH&S).

Experience in Work Health and Safety, preferably within the health industry or a large organisation
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
-
A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
-
Proven ability to work autonomously.
-
Excellent planning, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills
-
Full Australian work rights, a current Police Check & proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
