We are currently seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Information Co-ordinator to enhance our internal processes and ensure the ongoing efficiency of our service delivery.
Salary Range: $85,000 – 100,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Bella Vista, NSW 2153
Main Duties:
· Analyse, organise, and manage complex organisational data and information systems to support operational efficiency and evidence-based decision-making.
· Provide professional advice on business policies, operational strategies, and organisational design to enhance performance and compliance.
· Design, develop, and implement systems and policies that optimise internal workflows, improve service delivery, and align with regulatory standards.
· Conduct comprehensive assessments of programs, procedures, and information systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
· Prepare detailed analytical reports, strategic briefs, and business cases to support management and policy development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce digital tools and frameworks for efficient knowledge management and operational consistency.
· Lead internal capability building by training staff on new organisational practices, digital systems, and quality assurance processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum of Master’s Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment.
· Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, organisational strategy, or operational improvements.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in data analytics, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
