Neo Living builds and installs modular homes on the Gold Coast. We complete around 30 projects a year and we are bringing our plumbing and site works in-house. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role based out of Nerang, working across Gold Coast sites.
This is not a maintenance run-around. It is the same scope repeated 30 times a year, so you will get fast at it and you will own it end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Full plumbing rough-in and fit-off on our modular homes
Operating the excavator and skid steer for footing excavation and site preparation
Working alongside the crew on install and fit-out days
Keeping each job moving to program and flagging issues early
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Current QLD plumbing licence (drainage and gas an advantage)
Excavator or skid steer ticket, or willingness to obtain one at our cost
Construction White Card
Current driver licence
New residential construction experience preferred over service and maintenance
WHAT WE OFFER
$110,000 to $125,000 plus superannuation

We pay for your licence renewals, tickets and VOCs
