We are seeking a full-time experienced Cook / Chef to join us.
The Role:
- Production Chef
- Working to deadlines
- Prepping, cooking/ baking and packing bulk food
- Brookvale location 2100
- Monday to Friday 1 Pm to 9 Pm fixed rosters - 9(some fkexability with starting shift needed )
- No weekends
- No mixed shifts
You Will Be:
- Super organised.
- Cool under pressure.
- Previous experience in a large commercial kitchen is highly desirable.
- Be a self-starter with initiative.
- The capability to follow instructions and maintain high standards.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have strong knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Ability to lift/move heavy items on regular basis (up to 25kg)
- Full Time - Australian Working Rights
